Yoga Nidra Deep Theta Meditation


Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation where you move into a state of  “yogic sleep”, meaning that you are awake, but in a deeply relaxed state.

In this 25 minute guided meditation we will begin by setting an intention, and then slowly move through the body, relaxing each area, while being assisted with music specially designed to help bring you into a theta brainwave frequency.

This Yoga Nidra recording can be used any time of the day to bring about a state of relaxation and refreshment, or to ease you into a deeply restful and rejuvenating sleep.
