Fascia is our connective tissue and takes on different properties depending on where it is in our body.  In some areas, it is like a fine, sticky, fluid-filled web, in other areas it becomes more dense and structured to provide stability and support. There is not a single area or system in our body that is not surrounded, innervated, or supported by fascia.

Fascia is a fluid-based system and every day activities such as sitting, repetitive movements, habitual postural patterns, and inactivity, can cause dehydration in the fascial tissue, which in turn affects every system within the fascial net (which is everything!). Through our fascial rehydration and restoration techniques, you will learn how to hydrate and care for your fascial body at home on a daily basis.

With fascial restoration and rehydration work, you will release adhesions and fascial distortions in the body, increase blood circulation and nerve innervation, improve muscle activation, tone and function, release restrictions that were misaligning the body, improve joint mobility and function, and improve your skin. With this comes relief from many of the aches and pains in our body such as headaches and migraines, inflammation, back pain, joint pain, TMJ, and so much more. As fascia completely surrounds and infiltrates every system in the body, there isn’t an aspect to our physical well-being that isn’t impacted by the health of our fascia.

Just as you will continue your Posture Alignment or FRC® exercises at home, you will be shown how to continue your fascial release and rehydration work on a regular basis at home as well.

With the tools of your exercises and fascial release work, combined with proper hydration, a nutritious diet, and appropriate exercise, you will be able to take control of your body’s health and well-being.

The ability to live a high-functioning, pain-free, vibrant life is yours!
