Emerging from the Chrysalis is a spring retreat designed to honor the inner work that has been unfolding in the quiet spaces within, and the new beginnings that are now ready to emerge.

Throughout the retreat, we will reconnect and draw forth the insight, strength, and clarity that have been quietly forming within us. Through movement, guided breathwork, sound baths, yoga nidra meditations, time in nature, activities, and spacious reflection, we will step out of the winter within and into the next expression of who we are becoming.
